October Progress Report


October brought its share of challenges as life kept me busy, resulting in somewhat slower progress. However, this month, I've made significant headway in strengthening the core of my project. This lays a more robust foundation for what's to come and sets the stage for exciting developments.

Most notably, I'm thrilled to unveil a brand-new announcement: a demo is on the horizon! This promising addition will provide a glimpse into the thrilling world of CarnageCore! 

New options for optimization: I've introduced an options menu that grants you the freedom to tweak settings for fullscreen mode, resolution, post-processing effects, antialiasing, shadows, and frame rate.

New crosshair options: I've enhanced the crosshair to offer more precise targeting, since every second counts when you're shredding through hordes of bad guys.

New weapon model: Say hello to Grave's faithful companion, the trusty machine gun. Work has commenced on crafting a stunning model for this workhorse.

Survival Mode: Most excitingly, we've officially announced and initiated the development of an early game demo: The Pre-alpha Survival Mode. This will provide you with a chance to experience the game ahead of the story mode's release, giving you a taste of the action to come.
